Terms and Conditions    

• Legal age
  In accordance with UK law when you place an order with Mayflowerbeautyclinic.com you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  
  
• Claims for breakages or shortages
  Carriers must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 7 days of the delivery, either by telephone, e-mail or fax.
  
  
• Availability
  All items are offered subject to availability. Where an item in unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
   
• Cheques Returned
  Cheques returned unpaid will be subject to a charge of £10 per presentation.
  
  
• Overdue Accounts
  The vendor reserves the right to charge interest at 2.5% per month or part thereof on overdue accounts, calculated from the due date until the the date full payment has been made.

• Cancellation
  You have the right to cancel your order, for any reason, within 7 working days from the day you receive the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund the balance of of your money within 30 days of any cancellation.
  
• Statutory Rights
  These terms do not affect your statutory rights if you are purchasing as a consumer.
