firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the
best possible service. If you have any beauty treatments with us
then we will keep a record of the treatments you receive and we
may need to ask you some questions about your medical history. The
information we need will vary from treatment to treatment.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you
have given us your consent.
We will not pass on any information about you to
any third parties apart from some of our product and equipment
suppliers who sometimes like to check on client satisfaction if
you have treatments with us, but this information will not be
passed on without us first obtaining your consent and in any event
will only include your name, address, and date of treatment. At
present this only applies to Laser Hair removal but could possibly
apply to other treatments in the future.
We will give you the chance to refuse any
marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you

We will never collect sensitive information
about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to
date. You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or
correct it promptly.
Please note that due to the insecurity of e-mail we will
only send your information out by e-mail if you have
previously given us consent to do this and your request comes
from the same e-mail address as the one we currently hold on
file. If it does not match then the information will only be
sent out by post. If your postal address has changed then we
will need evidence of your identity in writing. We may protect
some of your information with a password which only you know.
The personal information which we hold will be
held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and
the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of
behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a
"cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can
usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The
